Do not get your brows wet for the first 24 hours. Avoid swimming, saunas, steam, sweating (including workouts), and facial treatments. Moisture during this time can affect the bonds in the brow hairs and may cause frizz.

Avoid touching, rubbing, or sleeping on your brows. Try to sleep on your back to prevent the hairs from being disturbed or bent out of shape.

You will be provided with a complimentary aftercare oil after your service. Begin using it on the second night. Apply a small amount by brushing it upwards through your brows before bed. Let it sit overnight and wash it off in the morning. This helps keep the brows nourished, reduces dryness and frizz, and maintains the laminated effect. Use the oil daily or at most every two days to keep the lifted look and support proper hair growth direction.

Avoid applying makeup on or around the brow area for at least 24 hours. Do not use self-tanning products on or around the brows for one week before and 48 hours after your treatment.

Avoid applying Retin-A, AHAs, or exfoliants near the brows for at least 72 hours before and after the service. Limit prolonged sun exposure or heat, which can weaken the shape and condition of the brows.

A light brow gel can also be used to help keep the brows in place throughout the day and assist with styling..

Lamination should be done every 8 to 12 weeks. Between appointments, ensure you book your brow maintenance service to tint, shape, waxing and rehydrate the hairs to maintain a polished look.

Proper aftercare is essential to protecting the health of your brows and achieving lasting results. Inadequate care may lead to dryness, frizz, or brow hair loss over time.

lash services

Gently cleanse your lash extensions every morning and night using a lash-safe cleanser. You'll receive an aftercare kit with your full set. If you're unsure what to use, I offer Prolong Lash Cleanser—specially made for eyelash extensions.

Use a soft makeup brush to wash the lashes, brushing downward with light pressure. Be sure to also clean your eyelids and under-eye area, as oil can collect in those spots.

If you wear eye makeup like eyeliner or shadow, make sure to remove it thoroughly at the end of the day to prevent product buildup along the lash line.

Do not use mascara on your lash extensions or your bottom lashes. If mascara is applied, I will need to remove the set and start fresh.

Avoid rubbing or touching your eyes. Do not pull, twist, or pick at your lashes, as this can damage both the extensions and your natural lashes.

Do not brush your lashes while they’re wet. Let them dry completely using your handheld lash fan before gently brushing them back into place.

As your lashes grow out, avoid brushing from the base. Instead, lightly brush just the tips, especially as your next fill approaches, to avoid loosening grown-out extensions.

To keep your lashes full and fresh, it’s best to schedule regular fills every 2–3 weeks. At least 60% of your extensions must remain to qualify as a standard fill. Appointments beyond the 3-week mark may be subject to approval, depending on your natural lash cycle.

Consistent aftercare will help you get the most out of your extensions and protect the health of your natural lashes.
